Sure has been a busy morning. It's 11:30 am and I'm just getting home. Not a very good breakfast, but it was still low carb, just no veggies.:( I will have to make up for that with lunch and dinner.
Woe is going well. I guess I shouldn't have eaten that wee bit of sweet potato. It really has a lot of carbs for such a small amount. OUCH!!!!

My hubby has been diagnosed a diabetic in the past couple of months. He's switched to sweet potatoes instead of white. I love them but won't touch them. I stick to my salad or stir-fry. My problem is avacados.
This 2 week induction, on Atkins, sure is a learning curve for me! You keep up the good work!
