Diario de loosinisfun, 23 feb. 11

goooooooooood morning...slept a solid 8 hours last night...guess i was tired...my workout i did yesterday i really thought i would be more sore this morning then i am...i did what i was reading about on a web site called the prisoners workout...instead of doing 3x12x the weight i did 8x8x the weight...didnt really seem that bad till about half way thru, then it was like o chit....todays plan is to continue with this weeks workout and then monday change over to doing the prisoners workout...will be dropping off enough weight so that i can get the workout done...keep challenging my body and get this weight back down an under control again..i have decided that the gain in weight isnt all water an muscle...part of it is carbs that i took in an need to work back off again...mindless eating when i shouldnt have...name of the game..to think before you bend that arm and stick the food in your mouth...o well...lest i caught it sooner then later...just need to go back thru my food journal an tweak here and there and get things back in line and stick with it...i think i do better on a low carb plan...i may be more tired ...but to me that just means im burning off the calories and less are being stored...besides..sleep is good..lol...well need to get up an dressed...another morning where its 31...did have several days where it was like in the 60s...but them days are gone for now...back to wearing coats an gloves again...i kno i kno...the warmer days are getting closer...and im ready...well...time to get ready for the gym and ROCK AN ROLL...

will have to add weights an cardio in once i get back home...

beginning to think one day on one day off from upper body just isnt enough or else 8 hours of sleep just wasnt enough rest last night...seemed like it took forever to get a workout in this morning..an yes my legs are more sore then i thought...lol...but its a good sore...

Hey, I'm with you on the weight going up. Slip sliding here too. Gotta get it under control. Just a bad week this week. I do see that I am an emotional eater. When I have issues with my daughter, I throw caution to the wind. Don't have the power to act like all is well and just go about my normal cooking/eating program. She will be in another house soon and I think that will help. Again, I stress, I DO love her a lot, but we just cannot live in such close quarters anymore. She is stubborn and so am I and we butt heads a lot! Well loosin, Cathy is off to the wild blue yonder and will be having fun! You having issues with your back?...or is it the exercise that bothers it. We're just getting old I guess :-( Loosin, hope you're OK and don't get too sore. Talk to you later.

old...whos old...im like wine....lower back bothers me from time to time if i over work it...or if im tired...it bothers me more...yeap cathy is gone...hope she slows down some an enjoys the time away...im sure once your daughter gets her own place, then she will see how you was just tryin to help her...but problably better off in seperate places if you are both alike...lol...

been going back thru my exercise journal an tweaking the numbers to try an get it closer to what i think the exercise numbers should be...im sure they arent as close as they should be..but should be closer then they have been in the past...
