Diario de Backto10, 23 feb. 11

Today is day number three on my journey back to a healthy size 10. I started my week out with an hour 1/2 walk on the treadmill, yesturday i walked for another hour 1/2 this time putting on my favorite music and doing movements with my arms as i walked. I pretended to be the smaller me walking the catwalk. I did really good with my eating yesturday but i ate 8 steamed shrimp once i got home from work.....i felt very guilty about this and decided to sign up to this site to track my daily calories...on the treadmill the first day i burned 175 calories, then 185 and yesturday was 172...on the first day i did the weightloss program on the treadmill and this was just too hard for me, i think the best work out for me is to walk at my own pace for a long period of time and then increase my speed as it becomes easier too me, once i'm back in shape then i can do the weightloos program.
