I am totally satisfied with being below 10% but whenever I creep around there I get all antsy!
You are correct! You start with a burpee, but once you get in the "squat" position to stand back up you instead jump up to the bar and pull up. Last week my superfit buddy pushed me to get 100 burpee pullups total, we alternated 5 at a time until we got there...never thought i could do it but it was done.
Unfortunately this time around, I could only do them 3 at a time and i was not keeping count - only went until i could not go anymore.
