It's not real! Can't be. Must be water. Right? :) 

In the great big vast scheme of the weight loss picture - you are looking good. It is so hard to "step outside yourself" and see a three pound gain as no big deal. When you get to a point where you are relatively "small," a little bit feels like a lot. Now i understand what all of those thin girls used to mean when - as others looked at their thin bodies - they said, "I feel fat." You are active and dedicated. You will be ehere you want to be in no time!  

Just checking in on you to see how you are doing. Lifes has its zig zags -- just like the scale and our weight histories - huh! Take care!
