Weighed in at WW yesterday, at St Pauls and Judith's scales there showed a 1.5 lb loss in 5 days (now showing 10 st 2.5 lb), bringing me to a 1 st loss. I am not totally convinced as my scales still show 10 st, same as last week!??
Am going away today, will try and keep on the straight and narrow, but am sure I will gain, especially as I don't really think I lost 1.5 lb this week.......??
