12 Week Summer Work Out Challenge until Sept 1st: WEEK 6! Halfway! How was YOUR week???? How is YOUR Summer Challenge progressing??? Quiet, sleepy week for me. I didn't push myself, lots of rest, actually feeling stronger, Diet's on track, doing okay, probably smoky haze (bad air quality) affecting mood. Hopefully some sun soon and no more excuses! Some weeks are like this plus still slowly recovering :) Once again my challenge for this week: chair yoga, basic standing /balance movements plus 15 minute walking video. My goal is to enjoy eating healthier and be active somehow, some way, every day. This week it was 2 short daily walks with my motivating best friend - my Springer Spaniel. I cannot-not go when he looks at me with his big brown eyes. ❤️
