So far, so good! Got up this morning and got my workout in, and I have followed my diet to a "T" so far today. Now the hard part will be not eating everything in sight when I get home from work today. Pretty happy with the FS site so far. It helps to see that I am not alone with this. Read a bio today of someone whose situation was so similar to mine. Makes me think that I should not beat myself up so much for "letting myself get this way", it is life...it happens! I will now focus on what can I do each day to make myself better, one day at a time. That will be energy better spent.
