Not gonna lie, have woke this morning just feeling low. I hate feeling like I don't care much about anything.
Isn't much I'm happy about in my life right now, feel I'm struggling to get any weight off too, I did a mid week weigh n it's barely moved n tbh for what I'm eating it should have been more.
I feel totally stuck but I know when I feel this way I'm usually OK again after a day or two.
Not looking for sympathy, I just wanna journal how I'm feeling for my own mental health.

Hi Vicky, I think most of us can identify with what you’ve saying, I’m sure we all have days like this, where everything seems such a struggle, waking up feeling low and unmotivated, these are all just normal feelings we go through sometimes, as for the scales, try your best to not worry and overthink it, for me, I usually had 1 week out of each month when the scales just won’t move ! It will happen for you, just stick with it. 👍🏻 Tomorrow is a new day, and hope you feel a little better. Good luck with your journey 🤞🏻

I also have days wen I feel that way, its not nice, I to am struggling with my weight I stopped eating chocolate & cakes even tho I crave em at times & still my weight seems to go down one week then up the next, I to have lowered my calorie intake to see if that helps but I feel derived a lot of the time, Iv stopped buying a lot of things I used to enjoy ! now all I can think about is losing weight 😩 so believe me wen I tell you your not alone & I no just how you feel, I also don't want sympathy I want help!!

We often plateau during the weight loss process. Try not to feel defeated as you will probably find that you lose more in the following weeks. Hugs x
