Bought some lean turkey mince today and gonna make some turkey patties for dinner tonight. I've made them before and really enjoyed them. All I do is mix mince, veg oxo for seasoning and add onions n bind with an egg. Am thinking salad with them, but who knows maybe the patties will be enough. Don't seem very hungry lately xx
