goooooood morning...for everyone waiting on friday...ITS HERE...LOL...woke up to 53 outside an rain...as i layed in bed..my mind said get up an get ready for the gym...my body said not today...you been workin me to hard since monday with the 1 hour an 30 min hill program workouts on the elliptical..im tired...well...my mind an body kept fighting over what to do...i finally decided to listen to my body an take the day off..really hated to...wanted to go and get another workout in for the week, but decided to listen an let my body have a break...cant afford to injure myslf and be unable to exercise for longer then a day or 2...just means if im up to it tomow then i will head to the gym to get back at it...funny how when the weight is coming off, you cant seem to get enough exercise...an when its not all you want to do is eat...sooooooo...no cardio today, but might still get on the floor an do crunches...still get a short workout in...well...fell lost since this is about the time im headed to the gym for a workout...lol...

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
1.5. I AM FIRST !!!!!...I AM DOING THIS FOR ME !!!!!
2. WATER...DRINK THE WATER TO FLUSH OUT YOUR TOXINS ...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE...BURN OFF THE CALORIES YOU ATE..KEEP INCREASING THE EXERCISE TO BURN MORE!!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU EXERCISE, EAT THE MOST
CALORIES AROUND YOUR WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY
GOES ALONG TRY AND DROP THE CALORIES...
5. FOR ME MY PLAN WORKS BETTER IF I KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO 300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. WATCH FOR THE HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD
7. DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY FOR RECOVERY FROM WORKOUTS !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART
MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO
BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!
10. BE TRUE TO YOURSELF !!!!!!

11. AND AS LISA ONLINE WOULD SAY...."Have Fun"! TOWANDA!!!!!

thanks cathy..still havent been on the floor yet, instead i crawled back into bed an got more rest...besides have all day to get on the floor...lol..
