Eating clean has really paid off! I just had my A1C taken and it came in at 6.9!!! That is down from 10.9 4months ago. Normal range should always be 6.5 to 7.0
It's been 10years since I was under 7.0 The weight loss and food fuel goals really does work...lol

Eating clean was a game changer for me!! Lost 50 lbs and kept it off for last 3 years. My blood work shows so much improvement as well.
