gooooooooood saturday morning..gonna take another day off from gym...give my body the rest it needs...something thats hard to do for me since ive gotten into the exercise zone....im so really close to being able to make my chart go down once again...and im having to take days off to rest my body...but i know that the rest is needed...my 1.5 hour workouts on the elliptical are showing me results...been raining here since last night...ditches are flooded over...suppose to rain again today...and in the 50s right now...but suppose to drop later today...back to cooler days an nites i guess...ive started adding yogurt to my protein drinks and seems to fill me for a longer time...not eating unless im hungry is starting to get easier...if i had tried this back when i first started working off the weight i would of been pigging out on something an unable to stop...but over time old habits change into healthier ones...and only eating when my tummy is growling or talking to me seems to work for me...as when i eat, then my what i eat isnt just storing as fat ...ive also noticed that when i come from the gym and eat something the first 4-5 hours after a workout....the food burns off faster...all good things....well...guess il get up an make the bed...still dark out...might crawl back into it an get some extra sleep...still thundering outside as well...have a greattttttt one...

DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU EXERCISE, EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND YOUR WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY GOES ALONG TRY AND DROP THE CALORIES... 5. FOR ME MY PLAN WORKS BETTER IF I KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO 300 CALORIES PER MEAL 6. WATCH FOR THE HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD 7. DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY FOR RECOVERY FROM WORKOUTS !!! 8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!! 9. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!! 10. BE TRUE TO YOURSELF !!!!!!
