Back down 1 pound... I am adjusting to weighing in daily. I am looking at the "number" as it either goes up or down as just a number and not letting it defeat me if it goes up. Today Hubby had 1st PT evaluation. Possible pinched nerve. She told him you should be using a cane (I have been saying that for weeks- but what do I know...right!). She also told him after all you are 80! Love it. I told him no one wants to age but we don't have any choice--- so go with the flow. Use the cane so you don't fall and break something. Texas family is - well doing the best they can. Hospital patient has pneumonia and is going to be in there for a while and recuperation at home will be weeks. My sister is starting with dementia and doesn't want to stay in her room. Her daughter is trying her best to take care of 2 COVID positive people and stay negative herself. I have been Facetiming her and letting her vent and cry. Trying to keep her focused and grounded. She is being so strong, but it's so hard. She has to return to work on Monday if her test is negative. Thanks for all the continuing prayers from everyone...they are working. Bless you all.
