I AM TIRED OF FEELING SORRY FOR MYSELF.

I AM TIRED OF CONVINCING MYSELF THAT I'M POWERLESS.

I AM TIRED OF TELLING MYSELF THAT I CAN'T DO THIS.

I AM TIRED OF SAYING I'M TOO WEAK.

I AM TIRED OF LIVING A MEDIOCRE LIFE.

I AM TIRED OF BEING UNHAPPY WHEN I LOOK AT MYSELF IN THE MIRROR.

I AM TIRED OF BEING MY BIGGEST ENEMY INSTEAD OF MY BIGGEST CHEERLEADER.

I AM TIRED OF GIVING UP ON ME.

I haven't gained any weight this month, but haven't LOST any either.

What the hell am I waiting for?

I know how you feel, no matter what I do I stay the same weight anymore....and I still can't stand how I look I mean people compliment me all the time, but it doesn't mean a thing to me!

i agree with cindy, but instead of sayin i will...say i am..put it in the present time ...i will do this, can mean at any time...instead say i am eating better making it in the moment..your mind will accept what you are tryin to change...hard to stay positive all the time, but positive thoughts bring about a happier person...

I think each of us has your thoughts at one time or another. You had a huge loss really quickly and I am sure that your body is adjusting. Are you exercising? You can do it. It is hard f ing work but you can do it.
