am losing the plot not weight arghhh lol just had first week back at work, so am more active at least. I'm curious to see if I have a gluten intolerance, I know regular milks an issue, not really eaten much proper foods this last week but a lot of Warburton thins. so from today I'm using free from gluten bread and see. will admit too that there's been fair bit of chocolate this week, so no more of that too, just chocolate 'flavour' snacks. I'm on thyroxine too for under active thyroid but I don't think that's a problem anyways, let's see this time next week 👍
