I am so hungry...><!!!!
Is there any motivational sentence I can say to myself to stop myself from thinking when is lunch time????

are you eating small meals? i try to eat every 3 hours or so. it helps to speed metabolism and keeps you from being hungry. also, are you drinking water? i'd suggest drinking water after every meal. it keeps you from feeling hungry as well. join my challenge, summer sexy legs. i have a lot of tips to help lose weight. http://www.weightlossforall.com/small-meals-importance.htm

I'm always snacking on a variety of fruits, veggies, & nuts/seeds throughout the day. Trying to lose weight should not be about feeling hungry. Eat a wide variety of fruits & veggies, legumes, etc, and drink water. The only large "meal" I really have is breakfast (oatmeal, flaxseed, grains, 2 to 4 fruits and water). My lunch & dinners are usually small because I've been snacking throughout the day. Someone at my job asked me, "Dude, when DON'T you eat?" LOL! But the thing is, I can eat fruits & veggies throughout the day and don't have to worry about calories, bad fats, processed sugar, and other processed stuff and never feel stuffed. Plus I seem to have waaaay more energy when I exercise and lost weight quicker than I did when I was eating the other type of foods.
