goooooooooood morning everyone!!!...wakin up to 39 outside...ive decided to wait till tomow to go walking...suppose to be warmer in the morning...today my back is ok...guess the catch worked its way out along with layin on heating pad off an on most of the day yesterday...today headed out to brians to help him get another transmission out...hopin to plant some mators by the weekend...since the temps are warmin up...read on the farmers almanac that you shouldnt plant until the soil is 50 degrees so thats what im waitin on...need to get my pottin soil out an set it out in the sun to warm up...layed in bed lasst night thinkin about gettin a bike from brian, hes got several an hes got one saved back for me..just not sure if i would get use outta it or not...so not sure about it yet..i have been using the stationary bike, but not like i should..exercise has been being neglected lately...but weight hasnt really gone up all that much since i been keepin eye on what i eat...well need to get up an moving...got several things to do before i head out to brians today...so have a greattttt day!!!!
