Eat right and exercise they all say to lose weight. Well I work a 1-10 pm shift and so tired I can't stand so I don't have the energy to cook at 10:30 at night. I also weight 320 and have arthritis in every joint and plantar fasciitis so bad my feet feel like they are broken. One of my toe nails has died now and I have peach pit size knots on top of my feet and actual bruises on the tops of my feet. So my question is how do I exercise when I can barely walk. They hurt even while I sleep. I am taking 12 ibuprofen a day and no relief.
