goooooood mornin...went to the gym on a sunday...dont usually do that..but since i hadnt been doing any kind of a workout ..decided to see if i could...knees have been bothering me since the cold weather snuck back in for a few days...got 30 min on elliptical before i decided to just go back home an call it a workout...had snow yesterday...seemed odd after having temps in the 70s earlier in the week last week...guess winter isnt completely over yet even though most of us are ready for the sun...well..made the bed before i went to the gym but might just lay back down anyways an get another hour or 2...not really tired...but...lol...why not...it is sunday...
