Thanks HG! I never thought to freeze orange peel before.. I love the taste of orange, and looking for ways to intruduce that sharp, tangy, and citrusy flavor into some of my cooking (muffins, protein bar, yogurt, smoothies, etc..)

Ah!! Maybe I should try too!! It looks great even in the pic. I’m having fond of fruit smoothies as well which initially was used to tackle my constipation but I have it for breakfast almost every day now😉
