Mayor's inauguration party tonight...I tried to resist but caved to some goodies. Crab dip very meaty notthe shredded kind that is ALL cream cheese. I ate it with celery instead of crackers. Had some shrimp, 2 toasted raviolis, and veggies from the veggie tray. I avoided the potatoe skins, wings, and pasta. I don't feel bad about it but I didn't need to do it.

And I got the hell out of dodge before the canoli cake was cut. I don't even like canoli that much but I am sure I would have wanted a hunk.

So I came home cleaned the kitchen and played with the pups. Put them to bed just like I should be doing. I'll catch upmy food diary tomorrow as best I can.

Sounds like you made some great choices, while still enjoying in moderation! You were in control and not eating mindlessly - as so many of us have done in the past. Good for you!
