Not sure where my updates have been, but I quit an unhealthy job mid September. To make things worse my gym (Canada Games Pool in New Westminster) has shut down, and been closed all through my unemployment thus my crazy weight fluctuations, stress, poor food decisions and a difficult time getting my proper exercise. New job in November, new gym as well, and routines are starting to form. ultimately I believe I will come back stronger than ever, life often has challenges so you just need to modify what will work from time to time, also quite any toxic job, seriously the vacation time you earned is not a reason to stay. Really think about the job and if you can seek something better, just do it. New challenges await, New people, even new skills. I think I have found my happy job.
