For some reason I've been taking in a ton more calories in average in the past two weeks than I did in the first two. I'm not sure what's causing this change. It must be fixed.
I'm quitting my job at Fridays. This will give me a lot more time to hit up the gym as I can now do it any time after 5. I'm excited to be able to get in there four to five days a week. It'll really work out well.
I'm glad I joined the water challenge. Water is already starting to become a bigger part of my daily intake and I'm only 11 days into the challenge. Twenty-one days and it becomes a habit!
