Kombucha -- so expensive to buy, so cheap to make! For some reason, food is just sounding good today. Had some kombucha and sauerkraut to try to settle things down. Hopefully, it'll help

We just have a fun time with it. 😊 I've always enjoyed experimenting with food. One thing I can really thank my parents for is involving me in the kitchen and garden. My mother made me fearless in the kitchen. If I need to calm myself, I do kitchen projects. It's something that really grounds me and brings me back to center
