Diario de jo pacy, 09 ene. 22

I’m really struggling getting back into the healthy routine, Ive failed so many times this week and eaten stuff I shouldn’t have! I’m really unhappy with the way I look again and hiding under oversized jumpers but its still not helping me to sort myself out none of my old clothes fit me either 😩😩😩

Focus on one thing at a time once that becomes habit focus on the next thing. You can do it again.

hello Jo, don't worry we are all behind you. you might not see us but we are here. if you think about this Christmas and New year we'll we all go up!!!!. But now we all can and will go down. if you have left over naughty foods get someone to hide them for you , please don't go peeking. if it last until Easter. if you have a lot of fatty foods in your home. Why not take them to a food bank, you'll feel good and you are helping others who are desperate for something to eat. Always food shop full so you are not tempted to eat too much. keep active and enjoy different hobbies. never eat late. drink water and try a grapefruit before all your meals the acid in it burns the fats of your meal. very good luck Jo. this app so good to get your food right balanced. you just have to eat good for you we all are different. I eat very little fat even less saturated fat but very high in carbs down to a lot of bread pasta potatoes as that makes me feel full. will power is difficult but I am sure you will succeed

Alot of great advice here already so I'll just add my 2 cents. Sometimes it takes baby steps and as long as you're moving in the right direction that's all that matters. Even if you take a step back occasionally - just keep moving forward again when you can and you'll get there in the end. We all struggle. All the best for 2022! You got this!

Thank you everyone I ended up going on a 6.5 mile walk yesterday afternoon longer than planned with 4 kids in tow 😬 kinda got lost and ended up out in the middle of no where in the dark oops 😂😂
