Totally fell off the wagon last night and it carried on to today. I think I may have to stop letting myself have "YOLO" meals. They bum me out after the actual meal is over, making me feel like a total failure. No bueno. Tomorrow is a new day! I will hopefully get off my lazy ass and actually workout tomorrow.
