Diario de loosinisfun, 10 abr. 11

so easy to lose focus...good morning...so easy to stick the wrong food in your mouth when the weight is falling off...you get to feelin good about yourself in that the weight is coming off...whats it gonna hurt to have this or that...well...for me its bread..doesnt matter if its white, brown, or pink...seems like if i eat bread with anythiing, then i have to work off the pounds again...im thinkin that along with the processed food i had last week is why im workin off pounds i already lost...again...its frustrating...to have to relose the same pounds that i already lost...but thats what happens when you lose your focus on what you shouldnt be eating...i can go days an not have bread...but then i give in...an i pay for it...so...im gonna print out a note to myslf that says no white food..an stick it at top of screen....and hopefully if i see it enough times...it will soak in...i did get a workout in this morning...wanted to do 90 minutes on elliptical but after 60...and sweating like a pig...i gave in...rode the recumbant bike for another 10 and went to the back to change tshirts an head home...another nice day today..in the 80s again..not sure whats on my list of things to do..hopefully i can soak up some sun again this afternoon...heck its 63 right now..nice out...well...gonna make the bed...an do some floor exercises...an then...who knows...might even do a morning bike ride once the sun comes up...if the tires arent flat...lol...get this week started out right again an back in the groove of things...have a greatttttttttttttt day...

Oh so true! I'm back at it again and was saying the same thing, (No more white food)! I've given myself a 30 day challenge to lose 10lbs by the time we leave for vacation (going to TN and then NC and then maybe drive up the coast to the New England States, never been there) and then back home to Michigan. Sticking to a diet while on vacation is going to be a challenge but I to am getting tired of not feeling healthy and good in my clothes. Good Luck!
