It was 89 degrees yesterday! Threw down some blankets and started tanning between church :). Went walking during lunch today but it was HOT and I hate getting sweaty in the middle of my work day. It'd be different if I didn't hold a professional position, but that's not the case for now. Feeling good about myself, regardless of the number on the scale tomorrow. I know I've started some healthy habits and I'll start seeing the results soon.
