I found an answer to my morning coffee delema! Since The Creamer I Love is Irish Cream, it has 2 Net Carbs in it... I love my Irish Cream and My mug is way bigger than 1 cup... so If I have 2 Mugs, that 4 net carbs per mug taking away from the day. I found a Coffee Syrup that is Sugar Free with ZERO Carbs! I use it and heavy whipping cream (also ZERO) Carbs and since Coffee is of Course, ZERO!! I'm So Excited!!! and the Flavors are White Chocolate, dark Chocolate, Permint, Caramel, Vanilla!! All Sugar Free! YAaaaaa! I found this a a place called World Market and bought myself a Latte Machine so I can make my own. I also found blue diamond almond milk is only 1 Net carb to use in the Latte or other reciepes that would call for milk. Also helps I really hate milk... but I can tolerate this Almond milk very well and it tastes better too.
