I'm actually psyched that since 2019 (my lowest), I've only gained around 4-5Kg.

The lockdowns, the burnout, the mental exhaustion of the past year in which I couldn't even get out of bed really made me "derail" my WOE.

Now I'm slowly back, feeling much better mentally, and trying to find my WOE again.

Since last week wednesday I've been trying, and so far so good I guess.
