Diario de shelleybabygemsoneil, 13 feb. 22

Hey everyone, so I took some time out of watching what I eat, in fact for the last few months it’s been a bit 😒, anyway, weigh day tomorrow and a fresh start, back to calorie counting, I have two months to lose a stone, I am struggling what with all my meds and HRT, any advice would be greatly received, xx

I drink two litres of water every day, sometimes I struggle but I make sure I do, and I drink green tea, swapped from coffee a few weeks back

interested in helpful comments you get. I also am on lots of meds plus steroid injection. my eating habits are fairly good. but struggle when bored in the evenings

After starting HRT I began using an eating window of 7am until 3pm, I find I am satisfied, as I eat my main meal at lunchtime, then have a snack at 1445. I don't crave food after that... I must confess that I am a gannet and have hearty meals when I do eat.
