Diario de 222tash🤪, 18 feb. 22

I can't get my head into it atm...I've been extremely hungry and lost a bit of interest..Funny how some weeks are good and others less so,let's hope next week's better.

I had a really bad start to my week but I got through it. Some days are really tough I know how you feel. You can do it! 😊

Try to eat at least 35 grams of protein each meal and see if that helps with the hunger

It is hard. I felt hungry when losing weight, but tried to live with the feeling. If I felt really hungry, I would eat raw carrots, cauliflower or youghurt.

I used to feel hungry all the time but it got much better after I cut my carbs to 50g a day. If you can stabilize your insulin, you will feel hungry less often and the hunger wave won’t be very strong.

For me it's eating wheat bread or other products made out of grains. If I leave them out, I'm much better and less hungry and I also need less sweets and chocolates! But it's always a matter of what type you are, unfortunately it's not the same for all of us..

Always being hungry is the worst bit. I kind of treated Lt like a trophy, like pregnancy scars 😂
