Early C25K update
Waiting to pick up my daughter from school, I changed into gym clothes and did 20 minutes of walk/run intervals in the parking lot. Felt so good that when I got home, I ran 1/2 mile non stop in 6 minutes (5 mph), then walked fast 7 minutes to the polls to VOTE! In and out in 2 minutes, then walked 7 more minutes and ran another 1/2 mile in 5.25 minutes back to the house. 2 hours later and still no aches... SWEET!
