I have been of the track for months now. Tomorrow is a brand new day. Have made my breakfast and lunch up for tomorrow. 🙏please help me.

I know how hard it is, good days when everything goes to plan & then all the good intentions fly away when we feel down. Good on you & everyone else who keeps trying. Lots of understanding & support on here plus a huge variety of suggestions & menus. I’m trying hard to stick to calorie deficit. It works as long as I track absolutely everything truthfully! Easier said then done some days😂😂
