It's not a great day. I'm decaffeinating for health reasons, and I feel like I can barely move. I'm managing an RxBar, two cuties, and leftover polenta for lunch, and a bottle of kombucha for my shift on the library's front desk. Could be worse

I know the feeling hematologist made me cut back on caffeine for iron absorption and migraines are coming back plus I'm moody 🙃 😑 😫

Thank you, trv3 and buenita 😊 I'm feeling more human gradually. I started at over a pot of black coffee a day. I've decaffeinated before, and I know if I stick with it, I'll actually feel better in the long run. The two worst things for me are the moodiness and the feeling I can't run at the pace I want to at work. I struggle with bipolar depression, and decaffeinating makes it worse temporarily. I have three days off, so hopefully that'll be enough to get through the worst of it
