It's been a crazy long week/weekend, but not too much damage done. I am steady at my weight from last week. Ate too much this weekend. Too many cookouts, too many sweets, too much fun! lol. I have not exercised in about 2 weeks. I have to start back. Softball season ends for us next week so that will free up my nights to start walking and working out. I am just so thrilled to be in the 160's, but I don't need to let that stop me from continuing on. I would love to hit the 150s by my 4th of July trip. Totally doable. I just need to refocus. Been lazy too long.
