Well I am a little worried I am losing too fast, but then again I am eating healthy 1200-1500 calories a day and working out. I am working out really hard though. I have lost 9 pounds since last week, is this bad? I am thinking it is the weight I put on from the hormones of donating my eggs so it came off quickly. I really don't know what else to do though I guess take in more calories when I work out, but my goal is to lose weight though. Help if anyone has an input on this I would greatly appreciate it.
