gooood mornin...another day...finally went to the gym for a workout..have been using the treadmill lately just to get a different workout...give my body a rest from the elliptical an at the same time get a different workout...keep my body guessing...have been tryin to keep my carbs down below 30...some days thats just down right hard...but as long as i keep a food journal..lest i can see my mistakes thru the day....well..just got home...need to make the bed an do a few things...get the rest of the day started...have a great one ...remember only i can make this happen...
