Back up 1/2 lb this morning, not sure why. I had less than 1200 calories yesterday. Maybe 2 of the foods (hummus & hot dog) contained a lot of salt? Maybe since already losing 30 lbs, I've probably "hit the wall". I'm doing the elliptical everyday for 30 minutes (mid 40 to 50 RPM's) plus a 5 minute cool down, but will add 2 longer (slower pace) segments twice a week. I started tonight with a target of 400 calories. It took 50 minutes @ low 40's RPM's and 2,058 steps. Then for a cool down, I back peddled for 10 minutes, 342 additional steps and 72 calories (mid 30's RPM's). Will see if that helps give my metabolism a boost.
