Hello, thank you very much☺️ But I think the secret is simple. I've just started losing weight and this is my first week, so it's most likely water gone. I hope that further weight will also go away easily🤞 I consume up to 1500 calories a day, and I try not to eat late in the evening, there is no sports. But thanks anyway, much appreciated.
