Grrreat day!!! I did awesome with eatting and tracking and beat all my records on the treadmil.

I did a total of 8.5 miles, which included warmup and cooldown. 8 miles I did in 75:03. I think maybe I'll start training for a half marathon!?!? Am I crazy...yeah maybe a little...but man do I feel amazing after each run!


I'll probably be a little sore tommorrow, but it is totally worth it!

WAY TO GO. I am working up to a 5K run, 8 miles is awesome. I am doing good to get my 3 miles in right now on treadmill.

I rode 13 miles on my commute today so it was a good day here as well. Any reason why you couldn't take a nice slow recovery walk tomorrow evening, instead of sweating the beginning of the weekend??

Looks like a lot of people on here are running in races lately. I wanna do it, too. You totally should. You could do it. 8 miles is awesome!
