So now that I am back from vacation, it is time to get back on track. I did pretty well with getting my workouts in, but the diet definitely suffered! I still have such a long way to go, and I haven't really seen much in the way of results. Although I do have to say that I am almost done with week 5 of my challenge of Couch to 5K, and I felt really good after my workout this morning! I will just keep on trying!
