Showed a little restraint today and turned down the sweet stuff today. Made some cookies from a recipe online that called for two mashed bananas, oatmeal and choc chips. That's all. They were sweet enough but the texture was kinda chew-ew-y. Make sure the cookie is flattened out on the pan as they don't expand while cooking and thicker = chewier. My husband suggests putting a little peanut butter on them. Day 1 of the RESTART.
