Diario de AmethystM, 06 may. 11

Have a migraine today - I did not get enough food yesterday. However, I am feeling better overall. I got almost 9 NC veggies in with breakfast. I am determined to get back on track with my food! It's been a really difficult week, and last week wasn't that great either, so 2 weeks is more than enough. I know my friend wouldn't want me to let my health go, especially not because of him. Got Zumba yesterday. The video for today was an hour long. I wore my pedometer and it was 2 miles of shaking my booty. I'm enjoying it much more than I thought I would. Marriage is back on track, too. Everything is starting to look up again.

Hope your migraine gets better. I new workout will get you back on track. I haven't tried Zumba yet but totally love Turbo Jam. I'm looking forward to it after I finish Slim in 6.

Thanks. Migraine is definitely better. They're easier when it's just from lack of food. And I know I get them when I don't eat enough. Anyway, I am definitely getting back on track. Have fun with TurboJam - my friend does that and she absolutely loves it!
