Diario de milbwknicole, 09 may. 11

I'm going to concentrate on measuring and recording this week - think I've been underestimating carbs. I think it might surprise me to see hw many I've really been eating :-( Only about a month before I head to Missouri - got to get my rear in gear!!!! The knee is doing a lot better. Go to therapy on Tuesday and Thursday - my goal is to be walking without any limp by the end of the week! Yes, lots of goals this week lol And I'm starving right now, but just cleaned the stove and mopped the kitchen floor so I'll have to wait until it dries :-(

wow! just realized that my raspberry green tea (crystalite) has 1 carb per serving! I knew recording was going to wake me up!!!

Ha! Never underestimate a carb! :-) OH, I hate wasting precious carbs on just drinks! that's why I try and only drink water/herb tea during the day. Glad you caught the extra carbs!

Don't you just hate that? I just bought some dry roasted almonds, ate one and know something wasn't right. They are coated with potato startch and sugar and things I cannot pronounce - 7 carbs/oz. Oh well, DH will eat them.
