I did great yesterday!!! I did a really good job of eating when I was hungry and I consumed so little extra calories! And I really did work at the gym with Brenden last night! I added extra resistance on the elipitcal and WOW! What a difference! An extra 50 calories that just flew off! I'm hoping I can keep on this track. It definitely feels good!
We have a meeting with a potential client today, so I'm on my own most of the morning to prepare for it. I hope I can stay on track and not snack while I wait for the action.
I want to lose weight this week. Weigh in tomorrow morning! Wish me luck! =]
