Diario de brinella, 04 ene. 15

Starting over again. Am finding myself eating to deal with a lot of stress since about June when my mother died. Then my husband had to have surgery and was in and out of the hospital all during the holidays. Now I'm back to work (school) and it's a very stressful job. Need to find other ways to cope with stress. I have my low carb snacks and lunch ideas all ready for this week. I was also able to get a couple walks in this weekend. I am hoping to work back up to walking 5k's. I'll get there!

I would love to see a magazine about getting fit and healthy that had a real person on the cover. I'm tired of seeing the size 0, mega-ripped, gorgeous woman on the cover of every fitness magazine. Here's a thought - that woman is already fit - she doesn't need your magazine! How about a magazine for the normal woman. The one who is over worked, over stressed, and over tired. Help that woman get fit and you are doing something!
