Diario de Museseeker, 05 ene. 15

I am not liking the scale today, but I was not surprised and I know it's mostly water weight gain. I am refocused now since the spiral down into bad eating from New Years Eve until the Raven's game on Saturday. Going to the gym helped me yesterday so I need to keep up with that. Onward and downward (on the scale)!
