Any diet that messes with my coffee or wine is a deal breaker for me. Just get through phase 1 and you can enjoy wine again in moderation. And I bet if you did some experimentation you could find a creamer that was fatfree and still did the trick. None of the things you mentioned probably put on all the extra weight. It's the food you forget you put into your mouth that adds up! SB just makes you aware of all those wasted calories. Good luck. We'll be pulling for you.
